I arrived to pick up my Drive Up order and used the app to notify the store that I was on the way. After arriving, I waited at least 10 minutes, and no associate came out with my order. Due to the extended wait time and lack of service, I ended up leaving without receiving my items. I returned the following day to pick up the same order, and unfortunately, the experience was even more disappointing. The associate who assisted me was unfriendly and handled my items carelessly—throwing them into my trunk and slamming it shut very hard. This interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the lack of service during my initial visit and the poor customer service I received when I returned. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location.

I frequent this target due to being in the area and I usually have a good experience. I wanted to compliment their staff today on being helpful. Everyone I stopped to ask for help was kind and resourceful. I want to especially thank Ms Sara Jeanne for educating me on the price match feature. As long as Ive had the app I was never aware of it and no one has ever asked me in the past. It cut down my bill significantly!

My daughter and I frequent this Target location often. The store is clean and well lit with wide aisles. Staff has always been friendly. Plenty of parking outside, as well.

My husband and I visited the Starbucks inside the target today at the Stonecrest location. An Elderly lady with gray hair and a mask on waited on my husband and I, sat 12/6/25. She was very rude with me, it seamed as if she was overwhelmed and was unable to handle her position. I tried to ask questions about a drink. The CSR dismissed me twice as if she was unable to process the order in a timely fashion. In my opinion, I think some training on how to interact with the public is necessary for this CSR.
