This is one of my favorite Target locations. I was given a gift card by a friend and came in to spend it. There is one young woman at customer service named Shay who is the most polite and helpful person. She makes my visit all the more better each time I have a return or any issue with a product. I hope she reads this review & it makes her day! I checked out the Woolrich collection currently at Target. I took plenty of pics and zoomed in on some of my favorite go-to items we use in our home. I want to give a huge shoutout to Shanette! I was looking for a specific pots and pans set that wasn’t available in most nearby stores. There were about 10 Targets in the area, and I couldn’t figure out which one actually had it. Shanette went above and beyond to help me track it down — she located the exact store 21 miles away, made sure the product was there, and got everything ready for me. I just left the store with exactly what I needed thanks to her. Amazing customer service and truly appreciated!

When did Target get slightly more upscale and more expensive? I still love it, just curious. This Target is Huge and just around the corner from my house so it's convenient and they still open the extra registers when they get busy. The sales are still satisfying so I go searching for them.

1st time doing a pickup order at this Target. The associates that brought it to my car purposefully made me wait until they were good and ready to bring it to my car. It was two young ladies like one was training the other. They literally walked around the parking lot talking to each other and finally when she was good & ready brought it over to my car. I was happy to finally get it but that was poor customer service. I never experienced this at the Huntersville Target or Walmart ,where I usually get my items. Then the bananas I ordered were overripe. I had my dog with me so I didn’t want to go in the store. But I will not do curbside pickup at this Target store again. Poor customer service. I only picked up a few items I needed for Valentines Day and my daughter’s birthday the next day. I was happy that they had the items in stock. But I just couldn’t believe how blatantly obvious it was that the one associate that was holding onto the bag was purposefully making me wait! They know what parking space you are in and the color and make of your vehicle! It was not busy! Just rude! When she finally gave me my items I thanked her and wished her her a very blessed day. She verified my code gave me the bag said thanks have a good day but her face showed she didn’t look like she meant it. You know when someone gives you dirty look or they just look at you like they are angry or annoyed. Maybe she was having a bad day. Had they just brought it to my car like usual and my bananas were not so over ripe. I would have given 5 stars.. but that is poor quality and poor service.

I bought the Carpe deodorant from this location and loved it. It was my first time trying it and the deodorant dried instantly after putting it on si there was no clumpy residue, stickiness, or anything else on my underarms or shirt. The scent smells AMAZING and it comes in so mamy variety or scents. It also lasts all day or night.
