This Target in the University area in Charlotte is your average Target—mostly above average customer service, mostly organised aisles, clean restrooms and a Starbucks and a CVS inside to boot. They’ve a range of items with a dedicated section for baby products and tech products. You can spend hours browsing stuff here, and take in the marvel that is American capitalism at its finest—rows and rows of items in wide varieties. It’s located in a strip mall and there’s a lot of parking available outside.

This place is amazing. Best thing about this place is that the staff is super kind and helpful. You ask them something and they do it for you until you are satisfied. Recently I was there to purchase some dresses and a lady staff there spent 15 minutes searching and helping me find the right one. Staff at other departments are also super helpful. And the place has all groceries, electronics, clothes, housing, art&craft many more departments. The store is very clean too.

If you need to call target for anything and I mean literally anything. DO NOT expect them to pick up the phone! I called every single department and it rang for 5+ mins on each one and no answer on any department. I just needed to ask a quick question about something without having to drive all the way there but clearly no one knows what picking up the phone is at least this week because this happened on multiple days. Good luck if you call!

I was in the NE Target store a few days ago looking for Valentine’s Day candy for my granddaughters class. I was looking everywhere and could not find any Valentine’s Day candy, I saw a young lady walking and asked her if she could please show me where all the candy is located. She was so sweet and kind, she walked me straight to the aisle her self and showed me the different kinds of candy! I also asked for her opinion about which candy I should get for my granddaughters class! Her name was Darci! I am not good with names but I remembered her name because I complimented her name. I thought the name Darci was so pretty and unique! Love love this location and the employees that work there!
