I frequent this target often. Today I felt like I was being followed. I was walking around before getting my items I had on my list to purchase. I was in the woman’s body care aisle when I noticed a man dressed in a black shirt, tan khakis and a black beanie, walk by the aisle twice and did a double take at me. I walk over to the shampoo aisle and the same man walks behind me says “excuse me” and takes a picture of a bottle of shampoo and asks me how I was doing. I said good and walked away. I thought the interaction was strange. I walked to the other side of the store where the $1 area is. As I was walking to the back of the store past the workout and sports equipment I walk past another man that was staring at me then went on his phone like he was texting. I instantly got creeped out.. I thought I was being paranoid.. I get the items I need and I see the first man that approached me pacing in the next aisle that I was in… I went over to the laundry aisle and this man takes a picture of the aisle! I grab my things and go to self checkout when the second man walks behind me and walks towards the doors and exits target. I want to add that both of these men had NOTHING in their hands. No items they were purchasing, no cart and no basket!!! I didn’t see them in the parking lot and I wanted to say something to an employee but I was afraid and wanted to leave and get out of there. I know a lot of other women that have similar experiences in other stores in rivergate as well. So if you’re a woman I would be aware of your surroundings at all times in this target! I personally won’t be coming back.

This target is undergoing some changes all for the best! I had the pleasure of speaking to Dewayne who was restocking waters the other day. Most people wouldn’t bother checking on something for me but this gentleman went out of his way to assist me in locating some distilled water. It may just be a Target thing as I’ve checked Target on Rea as well and they’ve been out of the Good & Gather distilled waters for awhile too. Nonetheless, Dewayne was very helpful and I wanted to let his manger know that he was very kind in helping this mama out. Thanks for treating others with respect Target SW! 💗

Not sure what’s changed with this Target but drive up now takes an average of 20+ minutes on Sunday evenings when it’s not even busy. This has been my experience the past 3 grocery pickups. Why is the store manager not out here supporting these one or two employees who are way behind schedule?

Customer service is typically good. The food side is usually great and well stocked, but lately they have been having refrigeration/freezer problems . The first time I ordered delivery from Target in April or May, the delivery person told me that all of the frozen food had been thrown out. I went into the store today and the pictures attached will speak for themselves.
