Its not the store its the management, just as a customer I heard how they treat their employees, specifically they had this elderly black lady who you could tell was in her later years just by the conversation I had with her and she was so sweet, but when her manager came around she spoke so rudely to her. I then watched that same manager speak kindly to another white male employees so maybe there is just an underlying issue but its not the 1st time ive heard the higher ups speak down to their senior or youthful employees. The store itself is quiet clean and the items are always fronted well. Stick to asking the employees questions tho, dont bother asking for a manager

Customer service in this location is nonexistent. Larissa in guest services was extremely rude and dismissive. I thoroughly explained that the item purchased with an Target+ with a special code and provided a number from the email that I received. She immediately told me she wouldn’t be calling a guest services help number although the email I attempted to show her instructed her to with any return issues. Eventually a second person came to help her but only after she was combative even continuing to discuss this issue while she was helping another guest. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to tell her we were not going to go back/forth as I waited for a manager on site to share my experience. Will not be revisiting this location. Highly recommend an overhaul of staff here. The lack of professionalism in communication is appalling.

Literally the worst target I’ve ever been to. I live 5 minutes away from this location and drive out of the way to avoid going in this location. When I have to I’m let down every time. Everything is so disorganized and you can NEVER find anyone to help you. I don’t know if target is understaffing this location or what but they need to fix it

Very poor customer service staff don't like their jobs u can tell they are nit customer friendly at all don't speak they don't say anything horrible came in no lines open just self serve which don't take cash... sad first time here please replace theses employees with AI.....pay attention people not wanting to work....AI will work and nit complain....this store should close

I got pushed by a customer in front of staff for no reason . I didn’t know that customer and I had no interactions with this person. The male white manager watched it and let it happen . I ran to another isle I felt sooooo unsafe!!!!! Females don’t come here alone. YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE
