Shopping this morning for swimsuits with my granddaughters. Dressing room was closed until 10:00, 3 hours AFTER the store opened. We waited and at 10:00 an employee came and moved the barrier to open the dressing rooms. Employee left, 10+ people went in to try on clothes. We were there for 36 minutes and never saw the employee again. Why are the dressing rooms closed until 10:00??? I also shopped in the infant department. I saw a sign posted On Cloud clothing 25% off. I picked out 4 outfits for my newest grandbaby. When we went through the checkout the infant clothes did not ring up on sale. The check out person said the infant clothes sale expired 2 days before. I explained the sign was still displayed. She didn’t care,

Today I visited the West Omaha location on 180th and Center. I was in the clothing section and was stopped by an AT&T representative named Jaden. He was extremely aggressive and pushy where I didn’t have the opportunity to say no thank you to what he was offering. He directed me to his counter to sell me a product I was not interested in. It was question after question for my information. His trainer was also right there and I believe his name was David or Robert, they kept asking for more information from me and then were really rude when I didn’t have my ID on me. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and unwanted that instead of finishing shopping I left. If I wanted to shop for a phone I would have approached the electronics department on my own accord. I do not appreciate being hounded for something when I’m simply trying to run errands. This is my favorite location in my area and this encounter has frustrated me so much that I will think twice before stopping in any Target location. IF I NEEDED OR WANTED ASSISTANCE I WOULD APPROACH AN EMPLOYEE ON MY OWN ACCORD

Wanted to leave a positive review for a man named Thomas. I think he typically works the later shift and wears glasses. He is always extremely kind to my wife and I and is always smiling. I’ve never seen him on his phone, or even stop moving when he works. Always restocking or doing something. My wife goes to this target a lot to get a break from the stresses of motherhood and he always makes our day!

It was okay except I used self check out and the items (buy 1 deodorant, get 1 thirty percent off) didn't register. The employee stated it's because I didn't use the cartwheel or something like that. I wish you could just buy something on sale without having to jump through hoops, it's extremely annoying. The levi jeans I wanted were not in stock... Very confusing Levi display.. the Levi's were not together. Target is SUPER clean... Much nicer to shop there versus other retail competitors.

I am not a fan of Target, but usually it was ok, I can say about grocery department. I was there yesterday and I had a filling that COVID came back. So many empty shelfs. What is the reason for that? They do not have enough employees or it is so popular, that they do not have time to restock? My belief it is not the best grocery store. But vegetarian and alcohol departments were stocked properly !
