The team members at this Target were fantastic! We had a great cashier and help at returns and exchanges. We also had three staff help me find grocery items while shopping in store. The store is well stocked and clean. This isn’t the closest store to my house, but I will drive the extra distance for this Target!

First of all, I LOVE the convenience of the drive-in grocery pick-up and the fact that it's free. However, I don't use it for produce or bread because the shoppers are choosing the freshest items like I do when I shop for myself. They also don't have a huge grocery section, so i can't always find everything im looking for. I find the lights to be way too bright since the remodel and things are more expensive here than other grocery stores.

If I could give this Target zero stars I totally would. It seems like every time I am here I never have a great experience. The most recent visit was definitely one of the worst. My sister and I were using the self checkout one day, minding our business. We started checking out our items, and my sister tried to insert cash into the machine. A woman approached us (an employee) and in the rudest and most condescending tone imagineable, she said we can’t check out here because it “very clearly” says card only. She then proceeded to laugh at us because we didn’t read the sign. It was a simple mistake. This employee was an older woman and definitely old enough to handle this situation maturely, but instead she decided to laugh at us and belittle us all because we didn’t read a sign. This was over a month ago but I will never forget how terrible she made us feel. Happy to say I am never coming back!!

Very convenient! Plenty of ways to get here, the brick walls surrounding the parking lot and winding road down the hill are very scenic. Product selection is decent, although prices are a tad steep. The Starbucks up front is a nice novelty, the deli section has quality turkey and boars head cheese, it can be a bit vacant but when staffed is very competent. The remodel a few years ago really spruced the place up!

Placed a pickup order, the frozen foods were all thawed. Tried calling store, someone would pick up and then hang up the phone. Disappointed, I’ve always shopped at Target because their customer service was so good, evidently that isn’t the case any longer at the Papillion store.
