Normally, I love coming to this store but today I have crutches so I needed their motorized scooter to do my Christmas shopping unfortunately they forgot to plug in half of them so all three motorized scooters on the one side of the store were completely dead! Thankfully after getting a hold of some people, they were able to bring a motorized scooter from the other side of the store so I could use it. I guess you don’t realize these types of things until you need them but being a week before Christmas, knowing that a lot of people are gonna be out here Christmas shopping and some of them may need assistance. Just disappointing makes an already difficult situation more difficult

This feedback concerns not only the store but also the product quality. The store was generally clean and organized, but I stopped in to browse their fall boot selection and found the quality to be quite poor. Many pairs appeared very plastic-like, extremely lightweight, and more like costume footwear — yet priced at $50–$60. I purchased a basic tee, but noticed that only one side of the store’s checkouts was open, with two staffed registers and a four-station self-checkout. Visiting around 1 p.m. on a weekday, I found this setup inconvenient. For anyone with limited mobility, it could easily discourage them from completing their purchase. Additionally, not a single employee passed by or offered assistance. Even a brief, friendly acknowledgment goes a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve both the shopping experience and employee engagement moving forward.

Lots of fresh food in there very surprised to see that. Lots of delicious sweets that I bought. Tasted wonderful. Not too many much of the EBT community in there either. #Fatigued

I want to clarify that I am not complaining about Target itself. I live nearby and shop at this location very often for groceries and household items. My concern is about the behavior of an employee at the self-checkout area. Recently I’ve been coming in the mornings to check for trading card packs like Pokémon and One Piece. These items are very hard to find and the store limits them to 2 packs per person, which I always respect. I always follow the purchase limit and pay for my items normally at checkout. Collecting trading cards is a hobby for many people. It’s not just me — a lot of customers come regularly to check if the cards are available. Sometimes people buy the allowed amount, leave, and later come back to purchase again if there are still cards available. They still pay for the items and follow the store policy. It’s simply first come, first serve. However, there is a lady working at the self-checkout with medium short hair who repeatedly watches me in a way that feels very uncomfortable. She clearly remembers my face from previous visits and keeps watching me whenever I check out. This morning she continued watching me even after I finished paying and walked toward the exit while my friend was walking behind me. I understand employees need to monitor the area for theft, but as a customer who follows the rules and pays for my purchases, this experience felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Customers come here to shop and pay for what they buy, not to feel like they are being treated as suspects. I hope store management can look into this so customers who follow the rules feel comfortable shopping here.

I used to love this Target. I lived across the street from it for 8 years and I work close so I visit often. Unfortunately, after the last week I'm not sure if I will shop here anymore. I've made more than couple complaints about the green van that has been parked there and seems suspicious most days. The man who lives in the van has several shopping carts, that don't even belong to Target, full of junk randomly moved around the lot. For a couple days it was placed in front of the drive-thru USPS drop box making it inaccessible by vehicle. If the Target at this location is trying to deter business, having an unplated vehicle in the parking lot allowing a person to live there and liter is absolutely the way to do it. This part of Omaha is declining quickly. It's unfortunate that the issue went ignored and a review had to come out of the situation.
