If half stars could be givin ill do 2 and a half. Not really a bad experience but a kinda funny one! I dash here more than i shop, an i got two different dash orders at the same time. One item was to big to fit in the regular bags that was already provided at self checkout, so i asked the lady for a bigger bag. I finished checking out that item, took my picture and put the receipt in my pocket. She come back and hands me the bag and gave me a strange look while asking to see the receipt. I chuckle, handed her the receipt an said im just out doordashing while trying to hand her the other receipt from the second door dash item. She then apologies, gives me the receipt back and says have good day. Overall not a bad store! I prefer the fruits and veggies from here if i cant make it to my favorite store. Occasionally can find Saratoga here

I visited the Target on 132nd Street and Maple and was really disappointed by the cashier’s attitude. She rolled her eyes, sighed, and seemed annoyed, which was a huge difference compared to how she treated other customers. I hope the store addresses this and ensures better customer service for everyone!!!

Had a frustrating experience with a drive up order missing some items, and then getting the run around from the guest services desk. Really appreciate the manager who apologized & helped me get a refund after two weeks of really no help. I usually have positive experiences at this location but definitely think the guest services desk could use some improvement, starting with answering the phone.

I hurt my ankle the other day, and I chose to use the scooter to relieve some pressure. I was shopping and went to the restroom then I come out and the scooter is gone. I found it and an employee came out. He said that we need to save them for people who actually need them. He was kind about it but I feel discriminated against because I am a young man who they assume is messing around.

This target… where do I begin. I come here almost 2-3x/week due to living close to it. In terms of inventory and stocked shelves, it might be the worst in Omaha. Over the last 12 months it has been on a decline. Numerous aisles have unstocked shelves. They routinely have 1 cashier - 2 during peak busy hours! The line for self-checkout is always 5-10 mins long. Carts overflow the parking lot. The drive up is insanely slow. It could be 8 am with 3 cars waiting and it’ll be a good 20 min wait. This store needs to schedule more workers or hire more help. I’ve been going to Hyvee and Walmart more because of these issues.
