Ever since they redid the self checkouts they NEVER have any cashiers at the registers. Even when it is the busiest times of the day they still only utilize the self checkouts. This is such a hindrance and so annoying especially when you have a cart load and have to try to scan, bag and place it all in a tiny spot. They have plenty of people there they are just stupid at managing where they should be positioned.

I’ve never seen a line this long in this store. I’ll say that the Target team responded and began opening up additional checker lines and self checkouts. The line appeared to be forever but it really only took a few minutes to get through to the self checkout. I feel like that kind of action from the team is what makes this store my go to for just about anything- food, gifts, clothes, house, they even have beer and spirits. And a fresh produce! I can’t think of any time I bought produce from here that went bad quick or wasn’t good when I got home. Clean and well organized this store is, yes!~ Yoda (if he shopped)

Very clean store! Looks small from the outside, but very big on the inside. However, it’s not a Super Target. I love how it’s easily accessible from N 72nd St and Sorensen. The employees were very friendly and they maintain a well stocked store! The cashiers will make sure to ask you about Target Circle in case you forget to put in your number. :)

the employee was very condescending. from the moment i walked up & asked him if he’s able to process a return for me. he made a face insinuating that i asked a stupid question & with an attitude he stated “umm yea?” while processing the return i had to tell him several times i used a debit card so i wanted cash back. he said i didn’t use a debit card. i said it states on the receipt he’s holding in his hands that the payment method used was in fact a debit card. he said in a snarky manner “no, nothing on this receipt states you used a debit card.” i asked him what is the last 4 digits of the card #. he provided with an irritated tone. i showed him my card with the same card # & stated “see, debit card.” he still stated i didn’t use a debit card. i asked for the receipt back & showed him on the receipt where it says “debit” was used. he didn’t even look where i was showing him. he just kept stating i didn’t use a debit card. even though i showed him on the receipt i used a debit card & showed him my actual debit card matching the last 4 digits of the payment method used. he stated i must’ve not entered the PIN #. i said “i never bypass my PIN # & IF i had, it would show CREDIT not DEBIT. i advised debit will be provided if debit was used aka entering PIN #. he still stated he cannot give me cash back bc i used credit. i wanted to slap myself on the forehead at how ignorant he was being & how frustrated i was getting. train your employees to know the difference between debit/credit & how not to be lazy. also he needs real work on his customer service skills because whatever bad day he was having, he took it out on me which was extremely unprofessional. as per his words i now have to wait over 10 business days for my refund to get back to my DEBIT card. ridiculous. i refuse to shop at this location because of that terrible interaction. such a shame because i had a wonderful experience that same day when i came in the morning with a lady in the self check out area. she was in love with my shoes & she was wonderful. but that afternoon when i came back to return something, THAT experience overrides the good experience i had & i never want to shop there again.

Staff are always incredibly helpful and do a wonderful job keeping the facility clean and welcoming. It never feels overcrowded with clutter in the aisles, which makes for a nice shopping experience. My son is a huge Ninja Turtle fan and we can always count on Target to have TMNT toys! So that's a huge bonus as well! The pharmacy staff are also wonderful. They always provide excellent service and have the best communication in regards to prescriptions and refills. It really is a nice Target to shop at. It never feels overcrowded or uncomfortable when shopping there.
