Me and my daughters was in this target around 9:30pm as we approached the line, actually this cashier seen us walking up she proceeds to turn off her light still dealing with the customer that you see in the picture. And says I’m closed sorry but a sarcastic sorry! We literally had 3 items she could’ve rung up my items up after the customer. As you can see the customer is still there. It was really unprofessional for her to turn off the light as a customer is approaching.

This location is near my home. It's a really nice store, always clean & organized. I love their curbside pick up the most, they always come out in a timely manner & never mess up my orders.

Nakesha went above & beyond to help me find what I needed. I couldn’t find formal pants for my son but she scanned the back room & floor to help me find them. She found 2! I appreciate this so much. Thank you Nakesha! 🫶🏼

Dear Target Management, I am writing to formally report a deeply distressing experience I had at one of your stores in Miami. On the evening of October 30, 2025, around 10:00 PM, I was preparing to pay for my items when I overheard a discriminatory comment made by the cashier. While speaking to the customer in front of me, the cashier said, “Chinese people are dangerous and should be treated with caution.” This statement was made loud enough for me to clearly hear. As a Chinese customer, I felt deeply humiliated and disrespected. Such remarks reflect racial prejudice and have no place in any public or professional setting, especially within a respected brand like Target. I understand that people may sometimes speak carelessly, but discrimination of any form should never be tolerated. I respectfully ask that Target investigate this incident and take appropriate actions to ensure that no other customer experiences similar treatment in the future. I truly believe that Target values diversity and inclusion, and I hope the company will reaffirm its commitment to providing a safe and respectful environment for all customers, regardless of their nationality or background. I've never had a bad experience at this place especially for drive up except today. I've been waiting at drive up for 40 minutes because the employee mixed up my order and i had to beep twice at him to get his attention in order for him to come to my car and let him know that i had someone elses order. He has came up to my car about 6-7 times telling me hes sorry and hes going inside to double check on my order but i think he gave my order to someone else. I am VERY upset and the issue shouldnt take this long to resolve as my order was worth more then $200.
