This is the worst Target in south Florida I have calling them for hours and they don’t even bother to pick up the phone. And when they did pick up they hanged up on me. Whoever is managing this location needs to be trained properly on how to run a store and train staff because clearly this store in lacking in ever aspect. I really hope that this review gets the attention of corporate because the amount of money that they must be losing for having such poor employees working for them is disgraceful. I’ve attached proof that I have called so in case they say no one called here .

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. We went to the technology section to purchase a Mac Laptop, and we waited nearly 30 minutes and still no one showed up. Completely unprofessional and I even went up to the front cashier to ask for someone to assist me, and no one acknowledged me, went into the front, talked in her walkie talkie, and I assumed someone would come to help. No one did, some other I don’t know contract workers arrived opened something underneath the cabinet and didn’t even look at us, it was frustrating. Had to go to the Best Buy next store to get it.

Where's the manager? ?? So where's the manager in the produce department? I mentioned to a target employee who unknowingly ran over a black berry that was ALREADY on the floor and making streaks on the floor. Since I mentioned it to the young man, I thought it would be cleaned up So, I went on shopping. Needing to go back to that same area (15 -20 minutes later) the mushed blackberry with the trail that the wheels of the employees cart was still there!!! Gross...not only is it dirty, That is a major slip hazard and someone could have gotten hurt! That employee didn't bother to clean up his mess nor was any hazard sign put on the floor to advise customers. I informed another employee of the mess and asked for the manager but he couldn't find him/her. He said he would take care of the mess but honestly a manager or even a district manager should be made aware of the lack of cleanliness and safety procedures that are amiss at this target. Honestly if they weren't the only target in the Miami area that has the lactose free yogurt I buy I would definitely go elsewhere. This target use to be really nice and with excellent service but they have been getting worse as the years go by. My only regret is not taking a picture of the mess.

Target is THE best store for all of our family's needs. The selection, quality, and value of everything we buy there cannot be beat. The staff is always friendly and helpful, returns are easy, customer service is great at solving issues, the location is convenient, and shopping there is truly a pleasure. We love you, Target!!

I’ve never been treated so badly at a target. The employees were rude and unhelpful. I spent 20+ min waiting for help after I asked and no one came. The people who did come did not work for the target, ignored me, and acted like looking at me was offensive, super unhelpful and unprofessional. This is a terrible place. Also the Starbucks drinks I ordered was nasty.
