No wonder why the food goes bad fast. Feels good to see I’m not the only one with having an issue picking up my orders. I’ve received spoiled food and items that I DID not order or items that are opened in my pick up orders! And this has been going on for years. Management doesn’t do much besides come up with an excuse for EVERYTHING and they give me a hard time when returning this is unacceptable! I went ahead and uploaded a comment from another customer because this NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED! Also why is the liquid just left on the floor and no one cleaning it up???!!!!

I would prefer not to escalate this to the review section; however, I have been trying to reach the store for the past hour without success. I purchased a box of Barilla medium shell pasta at approximately 4:00 PM, and upon opening it, I discovered it was infested with weevil beetles. This raises concern that the pasta section and potentially surrounding areas, may also be affected. Please see my call attempts to various departments. Could you kindly confirm when this section has been inspected and cleared of any contamination?

Just had the best drink ever made by Marcreal, 100% recommend. Everytime I see her shes working alone and still is able to go above and beyond. Give this woman a raise. =)

I want to recognize a young gentleman named Isaac Diaz for truly outstanding customer service. He was clearly very busy, yet he took the time to stop, listen, and personally show me where an item was that I simply could not find. In a time when it often feels like the younger generation lacks the personality and people skills many of us grew up with, it was refreshing to see someone who genuinely does. Isaac was polite, patient, and professional, and he made the experience a pleasant one rather than a rushed interaction. Target is lucky to have an employee like him. Great service like this deserves to be recognized.

This Target deserves more one star ratings. I’ve been to this Target twice and both experiences were negative. The first experience was when I went to pick up a drive up order. At the time, I was 6 and a half months pregnant and aching so I really didn’t want to go inside any store to grocery shop. I thought doing a drive up order would be quick and convenient. I ended up waiting an hour for order and this is no exaggeration. As I sat an waited, I watched how the employees would literally take 15 to 20 minutes to come out after entering the store. I really do believe this was intentional because it should not take that much time to grab a few orders when everything is already selected. The second experience was just as bad as I feel as though none of the employees actually want to work. Again, I am pregnant. This time around I am 7 and a half months. I went inside to exchange an item I ordered as a gift for a baby shower game because the box was completely damaged. The app said there were 3 of these items in the store but there weren’t any on the shelf. I decided to look for an employee for some assistance but after about 10+ minutes walking around, I couldn’t find anyone. I went to check out the items I had and asked the cashier if she was able to help find someone for me, and she told me no. I went back into the store after checking out to attempt to find someone myself. I found someone and explained the situation. She literally walked me to the aisle I told her the item SHOULD be on and told me it wasn’t there. That was the end of that. Any time I go to Target, I feel like the employees are usually more helpful, but the employees here are different.
