I would like to recognize Brianna, a 21-year-old team member working at the checkout/register area at this Target location. She provided excellent customer service. She was kind, patient, respectful, and very professional while assisting me with my purchase. I have not experienced this level of genuine customer service at Target in many years. Brianna truly stands out and represents the company very well. Thank you, Brianna, for making a difference and creating such a positive experience.

This store will sell you deflected food and items back to its customer please be a advise to look at the expiration date and make sure the items are not tampered with cause the employee will give you a hard time and criminalize you as if it was brand new……I know this cause one of the employees name ANTWAN told me about this while back and I been checking the expiration ever since then, the person that’s was actually helpful when I shop there………however when I tried to return something today and I treated poorly at customer service after waiting over a hour for my girlfriend order in pickup on top of that cancel a order I found myself in the store this store and management is unprofessional everyone needs to have a training in customer service or fire them immediately including the SD and HR like did they all lie on the job application;……..it seems like every time you go to a employee they have a attitude in assisting you with something from the back that not out on the floor. This is the worse target and I’m not understanding how it even got a 4 star review unless management making fake accounts if you guys don’t believe go here yourself and speak with a employee about assisting you with something and rate the customer service yourself even better cooperation should do a secret boss at this location….……this is a HOOD VERSION TARGET

Had a great experience at target today due to Sierra’s help. I came into the store to buy the Magic the Gathering TMNT box, to find that all of them have been tampered with. I went to customer service, and Sierra was able to find a untouched TMNT box. She was great

Everyone else was kind to help and direct me but the manager at this store short white and stubby is really rude and doesn’t stop or atleast slow down while giving customer an explanation of a certain product makes you feel like a dog chasing a bone. You would think she’s running or walking very fast to get things done but it was just her way of running away from customers😂? she was at an aisle hiding at the end of the day. I don’t expect a smile but rolling your eyes is crazy after doing my part and asking a question so nicely…..do better.

So I wwanted to exchange two items which were bought on Shipts website. Just an exchange for the same thing just a different flavor. I went to target and they said that I would need to contact Shipt for my money back. Explained again that it’s an even exchange. So the person asked for my Id and I provided a us passport which in the US it’s an official form of Id. She said they have no way of scanning it and there was nothing they can do. So target doesn’t take official forms of ID’s. Ridiculous! They really need to “update” their system. No wonder I stopped coming to target regularly long ago! Do better!
