I popped in to grab ice cream before they closed, and guess what? I also snagged a Pokémon card at the customer service desk! Thanks a bunch to Teresa/Theresa for being so helpful! Overall, it was clean and organized.

06/16/2023, 5:00 PM: I don't know the lady employee name who was standing at the front door but I really do appreciate her. I came in the store coughing (time for my next dose of medicine) I stopped not far from the entrance and dug in my purse for the inhaler and her expression was worried. She asked if I was alright, offered me a water bottle, and let me know I can rest in the coffee area seating area. I've never been fussed over before when taking medicine, she made my day brighter.

I understand that customer service is receiving hundreds of inquiries about pokemon inventory daily, but the attitude with verbal and physical disdain toward me for asking about stock is crazy. I don’t know how much nicer and polite “hi good morning, do you have any pokemon cards currently?” with a smile can be. The old lady working CS rolls her eyes, scoffs, points at the other TCG card inventory and says “no”. I understand target doesn’t value their customers, but at least hire employees who are tolerable.

Target pickup was easy and the employee that brought me my eggs was so respectful and kind and went above and beyond. Great service! Wish I lived closer or I would be here all the time. Great job!
