This is hands-down, my favorite Target! The pharmacy manager is fantastic super helpful but I was also here on the hunt for a specific item and Michael D dropped what he was doing and helped me locate it and I would’ve never found it without his help. The attitude and helpfulness of this staff are different than what I am used to dealing with in a retail store. This is why I will continue to come back to this target. It is my favorite. I don’t know if you guys do anything special for people who go above and beyond but Micheal D and the pharmacy manager for spectacular people and they should know about it.

The policy of this corporation is that when you reach a certain limit of returns without a receipt , you will no longer be eligible to return items to their locations. Boy, I wish I knew that before I drove 40 minutes all the way up here to return this. I did so on the recommendation of the manager at the saint augustine store. And the manager on duty here would not do a managerial override for customer satisfaction.No surprises there. Maybe she didn't have the authority.Or maybe she did and she just didn't feel like it.I don't know i'm in suspense. I just think maybe it's a good idea not to buy from the store and let private equity.Take it over and they can close all the stores down.And maybe that would be a good way to dispose of this awful representation of american commerce because frankly , I think we can do better than this place. This place is for the dogs.

Been here several times and the store has always been pretty clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Today Erin and Heidi were exceptional in their customer service. Great location and the inventory is usually well stocked. If it says online they have it..they have it. Well managed story. I highly recommend this location.

I absolutely love this store! Seeing that character gave me a good laugh, it was such a fun highlight. Five stars to the entire team for doing a great job!

Went in this morning and was helped by Alicia! She provided excellent customer service and was extra nice (don’t get this a lot) , although she was busy she told me not to worry and she would help me find what I was looking for. I love this target location and ALICIA🩷
