I bought an empty switch 2 case from the store on Madison Avenue for $88 and then when I told them that the case was empty and that they needed to do something about it they told me too bad so somebody's buying the games stealing them and then returning the case, glued together with cellophane, I highly recommend that you don't purchase a switch 2 game from this location Because they're going to steal it and tell you too bad like they did me. I will likely rwply with a civil suit for my money back

Customer service was terrible. I asked an employee where to find ring cameras and she left on a hurry then I crossed paths with another employee and I quickly asked in what direction were the ring cameras since I've had been looking for them for some minutes already and she spent more time explaining me how she couldn't tell me exactly where they were since she was going on her lunch and gave me a vague answer to where they were by pointing. I only needed directions to where they were to look at them and decide in the meantime and then have someone unlock them for us. My husband and I decided to keep on looking for ourselves then the first employee came back and unlocked the items for us to see but was standing there upset and pressuring us in a way. She then called over someone else through the radio to take over and that 3rd employee was so over it, she was not friendly or helpful at all we just decided quickly and left. I hope we did a good choice on choosing the security cameras because we wouldn't like to be returning anytime soon.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Joseph is an amazing employee! He has helped me several times, and every time he is so kind and proactive. He always asks if I need help, and even goes to check in the back to find items. I’ve been working with Target for three years, and I can honestly say he’s the first person I’ve met who truly wants to help. I’m really impressed by him — such a great guy and a great example of excellent customer service!

The employee at this Target was very caring about my concerns regarding my merchandise. He went out of his way to check my order. I reassured him that it wasn't his fault. I had placed a separate order at the Fulton Ave location. I give this employee a 🌟 for accuracy.

Lots of homeless camped across the way but the inside did not have shady characters. It was fun to wander this store. I found the cutest pikachu pillow and they had the blue tooth earbuds we needed. Everything was easy to find and they had fresh fruits and vegies in the produce area. Yum! In the Starbucks cafee which was closed on a Sat afternnon did have the Targen dog mascott on cookies and cakepops. they were very well done. i wuold have bought some if they had been open. How weird to be closed on a Saturday afternoon.
