I’ve never felt as disrespected as I did today. I spent over $1,000 at Target 🎯 in the past year, purchasing multiple sports and TCG cards boxes and packs. When I got home, I noticed that one of the hanger packs had already been opened from the back. I understand that there is a no-return policy on these items. However, as a long-time and frequent customer who shops here regularly, I expected at least some effort to address the issue or offer a solution. What made the situation worse is that when I returned to the store and asked for help, I was directed to a manager who essentially told me there was nothing they could do. There was no attempt to assist or even acknowledge the concern in a meaningful way. I also noticed that several packs on the sports card wall appeared damaged or tampered with, which raises concerns about overall product integrity in the store. It’s disappointing that after spending a significant amount of money and even submitting a 5-star survey right after my purchase, I couldn’t get support for what ultimately came down to a $7 item. Because of this experience, I will no longer be shopping at the Target located at 6507 4th Avenue. I expect better customer service and accountability, especially from a company of this size.

Good selection of products and the store is usually well organized, which makes shopping convenient. However, I've noticed that the checkout lines can get pretty long during peak hours, and it can be frustrating to wait. Overall, a decent experience with a bit of room for improvement.

This Target always seems to be out of things. Whether it's candles or dinnerware, they just dont seem to have it. But otherwise, it's ok. Usually clean and staff, most have good attitudes.

Now, it’s becoming a waste of my money, time, and I’m always missing food or groceries I need after being told it’s available and charged for them. I sincerely hope management starts tending to the drive up team. Either they don’t care, or they’re overloaded and need more help.

The Target store here at 4th Ave and 65th Street is quiet compared to the rest of the Target stores in town. I like to shop here when I am in the area. This store is also one of the most convenient because it is near the freeway entrance. I can stop by on my way to work when I have to pick up something quick. The store is the same as the other Target stores. It is clean and friendly people working here.
