Somewhat busy in the evenings. Lots of general goods as expected from a department store. Checkout area did not take too long either. Staff are busy restocking but quick to help out.

Good selection of items and right near the airport to get food for our trip and get things that would only be in Los Angeles. It might be normal to locals, but this was a very good target to go to.

The black woman worker at self check out. Needs to have more social awareness. Yes give good customer service but don’t be in the way of people trying to get by. The one star can go to the other worker (if this review was about her. 5 stars) at the register who attended me since they only had two self checkout kiosk open. The location in Hollywood has all of the self checkout open. Why doesn’t this one? Lazy perhaps bc she could have easily opened one for me knowing they two in use were going to take a while. All I had was two items.

After leaving the hospital we made an emergency stop to buy our newborn formula but instead recieved 3 cans of soup. The employee just threw the bag in and so far into the trunk that we had to unpack our hospital things in order to retrieve it. Once we opened the bag we noticed it was completely wrong even the name was wrong even though we verified with our code. After our long 4 hour trip home I unpacked to make the baby a bottle and found soup instead I had to rush to the pharmacy at 2am and purchase everything all over again. The worst experience I've ever had anywhere and when I asked what would be done they said I'd get my money in 3-5 buisness days. So after hours on the phone im out over 100 dollars for a few days and the formula as well while being a disabled veteran on a fixed income. They didnt even try to let me pick up other formula there were just interested in doing a refund and hanging up 0/10 customer service.

It’s pretty big, you can find almost everything, there’s a cvs as well
