Michelle is truly a one-of-a-kind human being, and she is the main reason I will be a loyal customer at Hollywood from now on. I have never experienced service like this in my life. She didn’t just ring up my items; she went so far above and beyond that I’m still in shock. Michelle actually walked all the way to my house with me to make sure everything was perfect. Who does that? It is so rare to find someone who cares that much about another person, and it made me feel so seen and valued as a neighbor and a customer. While we were together, she was like a walking encyclopedia of everything the store sells. She took the time to break down every single brand for me, explaining the specific differences between them and what each one actually does. She made the prices easy to understand and showed me how to get the most value for my money without ever making me feel rushed. On top of all that, she personally made sure I was signed up for the rewards points so I can save even more next time. I honestly love Hollywood because of people like her. You guys are doing an incredible job, but it’s Michelle who makes this place feel like home. Thank you so much, Michelle—you are the absolute best and I can’t wait to see you again soon!

I was very impressed by all the stuff they’re selling in this target store our target in Australia suck and comparison to the stores in America and I was very excited to be purchasing all the items that we can’t get back at home. The store layer is very good. The store was very clean and the stuff were very helpful. I definitely will be back because there is so much more I want to buy from the store.✨🤭

I live close to this Target and have been here many times. It’s a convenient store — easy to reach, solid selection, good for quick essentials. But lately, I keep noticing the same feeling: this place feels tired. There’s almost always a line at the registers, especially in the evenings. And the staff? They look like they’re running on empty. They don’t make eye contact, they move mechanically — not because they’re bad at their jobs, but because you can tell they’re burned out. Even the wall can’t take it anymore: “exch _nges & _eturns” — some of the letters have literally fallen off. Even the signage gave up. Target’s a huge corporation. Maybe it’s time to pay people better — so they feel cared for, and in return, they can care about the store, about the customers, about little things like… keeping the letters on the wall. For now, I still shop here — out of necessity, not joy. But honestly? This place could be great. Smaller Target compared to those in more suburban areas, so less options. It does have the essential food items, clothing and homewares but the ranges are limited. Very neat and well-kept store. In-house Starbucks with seating. Pedestrian entrance is via Hollywood Blvd a few metres down the road from TCL Chinese Theatre.

We really enjoyed visiting this Target store. Pizza and slushy drinks were so affordable and bonus: the rooftop has a million dollar view 🤩. You can see the Hollywood sign.
