Quisha smith a month agoOn Thursday, May 21, 2026, I quickly stopped by Target to grab my coffee fix for the day. Upon arriving, I was greeted and assisted by Theresa and Oscar. They were two of the most pleasant people I’ve encountered in a long time. Both were incredibly patient and kind, especially since I was already having a rough day. Their positive attitudes and genuine care reassured me that good people still exist. These two superstars provided truly outstanding customer service, and my coffee purchase was amazing because of the experience they created. The level of service I received is the reason I would gladly drive out of my way just to visit this location again. I felt it was important to bring awareness to the wonderful employees you have there, as Theresa and Oscar absolutely deserve recognition for the exceptional service they provide.
Angela Kwon 6 months agoThis was the very first place I stopped by right after arriving in the U.S. Since they open early (around 9am), it was perfect for killing time and doing a little browsing. I ended up having way more fun than I expected. They have so many different lines/variations under the same product, so it was honestly really entertaining just looking around.
Carol Keen a month agoThis store is really well run. Anything you would like, they are glad to help. It may be daunting at first because of the size of the store, but I just ask the employees stocking items in the department where I suspect my prized profuct could be found. They do not mind at all and seem ready to engage with the customers who are looking in their area. The feel of the store is the best part, though. You feel like you belong and that is what makes it a special cut above other stores... I purchase many of my "go to" personal items there. They are situated right by the pharmacy. I also check out items in the kitchenware department.. One of my favorite buys there has been a storage container for left over pizza slices. I absolutely love it. It saves me space in the fridge and gone is the bulky cardboard box. There are many departments and there is always something that stands out and every department has a charm of its own. This store does not disappoint. At the end of my shopping venture, after check out, sometimes I take my wares over to the adjacent Starbucks area and order a coffee drink and sort out my finds at a table. I simply delight in these last moments at Target and who wouldn't?
Juancarlos Garcia a month agoI really like this Target because it’s always clean, organized, and the workers are helpful. My mom works there and I’ve seen how hard she works to help customers and stay positive even when it gets busy. She always takes her job seriously and puts in a lot of effort. Workers like her help make the store a better place, and that’s why I’ll keep supporting this Target.
gerry furth a year agoAnd one more add: Changing the negative about using the online RED CARD account, detailed below. There was a massive overhaul and now I receive an email alerting me to payment time and I can access the account from it! To add to this review: I cannot say enough good things about the store and staff and enough negatives about using the RED CARD account, which is convoluted and deceptive, with late charges of about $40 for one day late that are in the fine print at the bottom of some page and don't show on the statement. I took the survey that the store sends out after I got home. I said what I wrote below and also wrote that the BEST BY date on the buttermilk I brought was this same day and it would cost me more in gas to take it back the carton itself. I was shocked an hour later to get an email an hour later with an apology, a promise to have the department head check the dates more carefully and the names of the three managers who would give me a fresh bottle the next time I came in! This place is really "more than a pretty face" in their TV ads. I am blown away with the service. To add to this review: today I phoned 3 stores for WD-40 and got absurd answers. I phoned TARGET and could only connect with electronics. The guy checked the product, told me there were 20 on the shelf and I went and bought it. This ALONE would make me love the store. But all the other reasons are below. Adding another couple of trips to this experience, and unlike other stores, the staff here seems to be just as friendly, upbeat and ready to serve! Adding to a detailed pandemic report of an extraordinary staff that was both efficient, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It just gets better. Instant help at the self check out and an answer to my obsession with recycling - recycle bins. They would not make pick-up (and return when necessary) of product. Two years ago I wrote: A big, beautiful store with friendly service. Last I wrote that when I called the online customer service to ask if a pharmacy product was in, I was surprised to hear from a young lady on the phone that it was in; that they were holding it for me at the service counter and to ask for the online price. Wow.
