I came to Target to buy a trimmer and pressed the “need help” button — it’s been about 20 minutes and I’m still waiting. I even told an employee, but no one has shown up yet. The store is about to close, so maybe they’ll come tomorrow 😕 Very disappointing experience.

The prices here are higher than the surrounding areas, including LA. I’m located near LAX and my witch hazel is $4.99 up here. It’s $5.40+ higher sales tax at this location. I ended up spending six dollars. I usually spend no more than $5.20 anywhere else. I would avoid coming here if you’re doing a big shopping trip. That’s only one item almost a dollar more.

This store is extremely disappointing. Please refrain from selling clothing if the fitting rooms are frequently unavailable. Do not lock the facial cream section without sufficient staff to assist customers. It is unacceptable to have customers walk all the way to the cashier to seek assistance. This situation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the current standards in America. Such practices are shameful, Target. Improve your service to your customers.

@Target, please don’t let this store get run down like some other stores. We saw trash all over the parking and it looked like trash that had been littered for some time too. Someone is dropping the ball? Also no one was picking up the carts. The check out lines were too long and most of them were closed (not enough cashiers open). On a positive note the store was stocked well.

Only one counter was open on Saturday evening (3/29). The line was very looong. Lot of people in line were purchasing alcohol. Therefore they couldn’t use the self checkout. Was waiting in line for 20 min. Asked an employee if they can open another counter, he said no more people available to occupy the register. Very bad customer service. A few people waited in line for 15-20 walked out. They need to improve customer service here. People are not going to come back. I am certainly not coming back.
