Used drive up for groceries. Notified them and did everything they wanted. Got home with my groceries. There were missing 8 items. This has happened to me 3 times now . They need to re train there employees or communicate better with each other . CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING . TARGET EMPLOYEES MESS UP ALL THE TIME 😑.

This Target is located at the Lakewood Mall... its an upstairs down stairs store 😒.. they do have elevators for strollers or ♿️.... however I dont like to do any shopping here. It is inconvenient if you're forgetful 😆. Its a great place to just walk around. Its clean, big, * has a Starbucks inside, a bunch of self check out and regular check out available. The restroom are usually clean. A bunch of parking.

I Hello, I am writing to express a serious concern regarding the conduct and training of employees at your store. On 1-12-26 4:30pm , my mother accidentally left her phone at the register after completing her purchase. When she realized it shortly after and returned to the store, both the cashier and the phone were gone. She informed another employee, who checked the lost-and-found, but no phone had been turned in. Some time later, the original cashier returned but did not have the phone. When my mother requested that the security cameras be checked, the cashier was reluctant to assist or look for the phone. Eventually, the original cashier went to look for the cell phone and found it in some clothing my mother did not leave it in any clothes she took it out of her purse to pay . This situation raised serious questions about employee behavior, accountability, and how lost personal property is handled. We are relieved the phone was found, but the circumstances were troubling and caused unnecessary stress. I believe this incident reflects a need for improved employee training and clearer procedures regarding lost items and customer assistance. Ordered for pick up and changed it to drive up about 7 minutes from the store and was able to complete my drive up effortlessly! Associates are very helpful and store is typically very well stocked and organized
