I used to go here when I attended CSULB. It’s a big store with a big parking lot so easy parking and they have 2 entrances. Just like any other Target, this place is just 2X bigger and more option or choices plus bigger grocery store. They do have everything that you could imagine with reasonable price tag. Service is good, the place nicely organized and clean. Just abit of walking more since it’s too spacious and the things I’m looking for is on the other end of the store. They do seasonal or holiday decor accordingly so nice to see what is next on the calendar. Yes, they do have Starbucks inside too.

I went to this Target location which was located in Lon Beach. They had plenty of parking spaces. When I entered the store, I noticed that store was much smaller than other Target store. It was cleaned, organized & nicely maintained the store. There was a Starbucks which was inside of the Target store. They offered meats, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, but they didn't have enough selections. Their meats& chicken prices were little more expensive than other places. I wished that they have various produces. The produces price were lower than other stores. I liked the store, but they were under staff. They had only one cashier working in the afternoon. Therefore, they had long lines to check out the groceries. And I had to self check out by myself. I didn't know how to scan the grocery items. This Long Beach location, Target store was understaffed and the their employees were not friendly & attentive. services were

I came here strictly to pick up a gift that purchased. Boy was that a mistake! Hours later, with a corporate complaint, I finally received my item. It was one item, not even two. I would advise to purchase elsewhere in the area. The manager when called said it wasn’t important and then came over whenever she felt like it. Thats why the employees think customers are supposed to just deal with things. They won’t; it’s their money they are spending for items and service. I’d suggest a new manager who lets people understand you better be nice because we can spend wherever. And target is definitely on a downward slope.

Customer service in this store is horrible. Workers are rude. The cashier made a mistake on my return, didn’t even apologize. She called the team lead over and her name was Esther. She was very rude, unprofessional, didn’t even acknowledge me and just told the cashier “there’s nothing we can do about it” and just walked away when it was the cashiers mistake. She didn’t even apologize to me. Never going back to this location. I’ll stick to Signal Hill’s Target, they have the best customer service.

My experience was horrible from the moment I walked in! Before starting my shopping I went into the restroom. Your employee Ivan walked into the restroom without announcing himself!! Please TRAIN your employees to ANNOUNCE themselves before walking into a restroom, especially if it’s the OPPOSITE sex. Ivan was slamming the doors very loud while I was in a stall. I walked out and not even an apology was given.
