purchased a television on February 2, 2026. I believe the television is defective, as the picture appears distorted and not in the proper format. I initially contacted the store to inquire about the return policy. I spoke with Natalie, who stated she was a manager. She informed me that she believed I was outside of the return or exchange window and that unless I had purchased a warranty, she would not be able to assist me. When I asked for clarification regarding the exchange timeframe, she stated, “I believe it’s 2–3 weeks.” I asked her to clarify whether it was two or three weeks, and she advised me to contact corporate for assistance. I also asked if she could look up my receipt through Target Circle, and she responded that she could not help me. After reviewing the return policy on the Target website, I found that the return window is 30 days. I called the store back and spoke with Ryan, who also stated he was a manager. Ryan was extremely helpful. He walked me through accessing my original receipt through Target Circle and confirmed that since my purchase was made on February 2, 2026, and today is February 24, 2026, I am still within the 30-day return window but should bring the television in promptly to complete the exchange. I truly appreciate Ryan’s professionalism and assistance. However, as someone who works in customer service myself, I was disappointed with my initial experience. I believe additional training on company policies and customer service standards may be beneficial. If an associate is unsure of a policy, seeking clarification from another team member would help ensure customers receive accurate information.

bleghhh cant belive target doesnt carry fizz free celsius. self checkout line was slow; some guy was taking up two machines. the redbull was also two different colors

So I come into this Target on a burning hot day --- and there is NO Icee machine, NO popcorn machine and No quick checkout machine like the Target near my home. I ask one of the supervisors why, and she said this: "Since the UPGRADE we didn't get one." Sounds more like a downgrade to me! 🤦🏽‍♂️ But since I 'm here, I decide to pickup a few things and get some cash back with my purchase! The few things I got came to $41.10 --- and I ask Jose how much cash back I can get? He says 40 bucks!? What!? 🤷🏽‍♂️ You can't do JACK with $40 in 2025. I told him to I don't want ANYTHING then --- and proceed to leave. Yet as I'm exiting, I go by the same supervisor and tell her "So did the upgrade also mean a downgrade in the cash back too." Get ready for her answer: "Oh I don't know, I don't get cash back!" YEP . . . that's what a store leader said! I then just went down the street to Walmart and got $100 back on my purchase! Take a guess which place I will frequent in My Future!? #sayless

Great to see outside security buried in his phone 6/7 at 720 pm . Walking around the front and back by the docks. Somebody could be starting a fire or vandalizing a wall. But nope his phone is more important.

I really enjoyed this location. The downfall was parking.
