I am writing this to highly commend Jon Martinez for the outstanding service he provided during our recent visit to Target. From the moment my wife and I interacted with him, Jon was incredibly kind and helpful. What stood out the most, however, was his overall demeanor. He genuinely appeared happy, motivated, and excited to help customers. He treated both my wife and me with the exact same level of high-quality care, respect, and enthusiasm. It is incredibly rare and refreshing to see someone who clearly loves their job and puts 100% of their effort into doing it well. Jon’s positive attitude turned an ordinary shopping trip into a fantastic experience. Target is lucky to have him on the team, and he deserves major recognition for his hard work and dedication!

Went to pick up a online order in car pick up. Was ignored by the customer service employees while they talked among themselves. Stood for a few minutes till I had to interrupt their conversation to get help. Was told to cancel my order and get it myself. Why have the service if not going to deliver the service. Tried to talk to a manger about it and was dismissed and treated like I was insane. Then another person tried to report the same problem and was told the same excuse. Will never go to Target again.

The store has a good selection of items. However the bathrooms are quite dirty and not well maintained. I do not recommend using the bathrooms and head to another one instead.

they had the lego locked up which isn't a problem but when we asked for help to buy a lego set and pressed the button no one came we waited almost 30 minutes then finally someone helped us

This store is not as big as others could have a few more employees to assist customers Customer experience should be top priority
