Stopped by Target Downtown and honestly had a really smooth shopping trip. The self-checkout helper was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everyone was moving through quickly and helping anytime someone had an issue. That kind of customer service really stands out. The store itself was well-stocked, clean, and had a calm atmosphere. Definitely one of the better Target experiences I’ve had lately!

My baby and I was there a couple hours ago looking for a few items, cross by the clearance section at the end cap of the beauty isle. There was a gal named Ashton or something like that, she does online orders I heard. I asked her for a little help if she could scan a couple items I have in hand because they didn’t have the yellow tags on them, since she got a scanner. Not only that she didn’t want to help me but she told me to go do it myself.. “ there’s a scanner over there if you want to scan these “. Okay let’s take a step back. Before she told me to go to the scanner she said the items on this clearance rack isn’t on clearance.. I said would you please just scan it real quick, she refused and said they are not, then she decided to scan it and said oh these are on sale for 19.00 .. so I looked at her and she said now you can go scan it yourself and left. SHE WAS VERY WITH A BIG ATTITUDE PROBLEM! WHO can I contact about this because I know the manager or leaders wouldn’t do anything if I were to go address this situation? Is there a upper management or HR where I can get a little help? TIA

I had an excellent experience shopping here today. They have a great selection of eco friendly, sustainable, and ethical products. They had Clean Cult brand cleaners which are ethical (without any animal testing) and sustainable (with metal and recycled plastic packaging). An even better choice than the Method cleaners I usually buy. I was also able to find stationary, coffee creamer, snacks, food storage containers, and frozen meals all with minimal disposable plastic. I was very happy with the recyclable paper and metal packaging. I hope this trend of regard for the environment and animal welfare continues. I would love to see some hygiene and cosmetic alternatives to single use plastic such as glass jars of deodorant or paper packages of toothpaste tablets.

If you enjoy waiting for ten minutes while employees refuse to open cabinets that are locked up so that you can “complete your target run,” then this is the store for you. Some of the most unfriendly employees that will go out of their way to refuse to help or acknowledge you. Don’t waste your time here.

Went on the 1st of January 2026. Bad experience. Cashier was a young man who said we could not get a receipt out purchases. Really! I used my debit card and still said he could not give me a receipt. Made sure my purchases were good. If you are going to work with the public, you need customer OK, here we go Service like courtesy honesty and if you don’t know something you ask your supervisor thank you
