If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. My visit was a complete waste of time and I will not be returning. The customer service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I attempted to purchase some items that were clearly marked as being on sale, yet they continued to ring up at full price during checkout. I politely asked the self-checkout employee for assistance regarding the pricing discrepancy. Instead of having an employee verify the pricing themselves, I was told to go back to the aisle, take photos of the sale tags and return with proof. I did exactly that and provided multiple photos clearly showing the advertised discount. After the manager was called over, I was offered only 15% off, despite the items being marked at 70% off. It made no sense to accept a significantly smaller discount when the sale price was clearly displayed. Even with the evidence right in front of them, there seemed to be little effort made to resolve the issue professionally or fairly. The manager then claimed it was not the correct item, claiming it was not a (ROOM ESSENTIAL CHAIR) “his exact words” but after looking it up online, it was obvious that it was. At that point, I was frustrated with having to repeatedly prove that the store was wrong rather than receiving basic customer assistance. I ultimately left the items behind and walked out. All they had to do was properly verify the pricing and assist a customer respectfully. Instead, the entire experience felt dismissive, unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult.

I had such a great experience at Target thanks to an associate named Carly. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, was incredibly knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out. Customer service like this makes a huge difference! Thank you again Carly!

The manager and the customer service employee scheduled today specifically were horrible. Manager was explaining to me in specific detail how curbside orders get processed instead of giving solutions or a decent apology why my order was not ready yet. I had 10 MIN left until the 2 hours & all she could say is “you will get a message by 9:29 at the two hours.” They deliberately messaged me AS I hung up with the manager that my order was now ready. Hire better managers with better people skills and don’t let your employees call customers “sweetie” and “honey” out of pettiness.

Was looking for a product around the hair and shampoo aisle and the staff kept harassing me and my wife instead of simply asking if we needed help. When they approached us, they immediately started looking us up and down and asking “is everything okay?” in a very disrespectful tone, like they assumed we were trying to steal something. It made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Be careful at night. But staff is friendly and always is stocked up.
