I want to give a huge shoutout to Jessica, the baker at Target! She’s amazing at what she does, and I always go to her for my cakes. Every single one turns out perfect—beautifully decorated, fresh, and delicious. Jessica is always so kind, helpful, and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her customers. She’s the reason I keep coming back to the Target bakery!

Although the store stays open until 11:59 PM, the fitting rooms close at 7 PM, which is very inconvenient. I came after work, like many frontline workers who don’t get off work until after 7pm and then came to spent time choosing clothes only to find out I couldn’t try anything on. It felt like a complete waste of time. If the store wants to serve late-night shoppers, essential services like fitting rooms need to stay open, or customers should at least be warned ahead of time or have fitting room hours posted online for the public to know ahead of time. Very disappointing experience.

Extremely slow cashiers. Weren’t able to honor posted discount. Complete false advertisement within their store. I’d avoid this location at all cost.

The last two times I've gone into the Pasadena Target location, it is obvious that customer service isn't important anymore. It took 20ish min to even get an employee to help in electronics and when we went last, only one lane was open with a crazy, long line. The self checkout was probably double that. They lack employees on the floor & at the registers. I won't even go into the pricing, deline in fashionable clothing choices, and the dollar section which used to be so fun. I miss the old Target where I'd grab a popcorn and drink from the Cafe, walk through the store, and buy things I didn't need.

NEVER thought I'd make a review over Target but here I am. Zero stars for the Fairmont Parkway location. The management here is unprofessional, passive, and completely lacks any sense of customer service. I drove a long distance only to find the fitting rooms closed for 'inventory' shortly after 7:00 PM. When I requested a accommodation, the manager was dismissive and said they had been all day and refused to offer any compromise, such as keeping a single room open for paying customers. As someone with a retail background, I find this level of inflexibility and poor organization unacceptable. They clearly prioritize internal tasks over the people keeping their doors open. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
