I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at a local grocery store after purchasing a product that was past its expiration date. As a customer, I rely on retailers to maintain proper inventory controls and ensure that all items available for sale meet basic quality and safety standards. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. The expired product was not isolated or difficult to identify—it was clearly labeled with a date that had already passed, raising concerns about the store’s stock rotation practices and overall attention to detail. This oversight not only reflects poorly on store management but also poses potential health risks to customers. While I understand that occasional errors can occur in high-volume retail environments, it is essential for grocery stores to implement consistent quality checks and ensure that staff are trained to monitor expiration dates regularly. Customers should feel confident that the products they purchase are safe for consumption. I would encourage the store to review its inventory management procedures and reinforce accountability among staff to prevent similar issues in the future. Maintaining product integrity is fundamental to customer trust, and addressing this concern promptly would go a long way in restoring confidence.

I had a great experience at Target. I originally came for a curbside pickup order, but decided to go inside instead. Alex A immediately assisted me with switching my order to in-store pickup and quickly gathered my items. He was friendly and very helpful. Stephen H in Electronics truly went above and beyond. I was purchasing AirPods I’ve been wanting for a while, and I ran into a few issues with my payment methods. Stephen was incredibly patient, professional, and never made me feel rushed. He even walked me to the front to help get an answer to a question he couldn’t resolve himself. Overall, he made my experience a 100/10. Exceptional customer service from both team members!

The employees at this target doesn't care about the guests. The guests spend time and money at their store so they can keep their job but the employees didn't seem to care. I used to spend thousands a month at this store but I've been switching to other retailers and I'm pretty sure they're loosing their sales from other customers as well. Soon, I will definitely avoid this store at all cost even though it is the closest store for me. I ordered horizon milk today and again, they're expired. 7 of them expired and 1 of them have 3 days of shelf life. That to say a lot about this store and the employees. 1. While horizon milk are high demand items, this store couldn't sell them quick enough. They have a lot of expired horizon milk on the shelf. 1. The the inventory staffs don't do their job right, they don't remove expired items from the shelf. 3. The pickup staff would not discard expired items as they pick your order. 4. The drive up staff would give you an attitude if you order 8 bottles of milk. Check your milk for expiration date when you pickup at this store.

I purchased a vinyl album, got it home and tried to play it and it was defective. Immediately returned it, initially they didn't want to refund my money, they wanted to give me a store credit. I had to call customer service and fight for my money. Be careful because if you don't check your purchase immediately you risk not getting your money back. That's crazy.

I tried using the bathroom and the conditions were horrific! I informed management and went back to the restroom 30 minutes later and it was still like this. Management has no regard to the conditions of the store. Absolutely DISGUSTING
