THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. First of all the employee that saw the roach ran away from it doing absolutely nothing about it 5 mins later another employee comes back with spray spraying all next to the cooler chemicals next to food. Which btw was filled with MOLD!!!! No wonder there’s roaches crawling from under there and when i confronted guest service about this the employee claims it’s been there for months and they already informed the manager about it. MONTHSSS? this location is poorly managed everytime i come here the workers are clearly drained the management isn’t helpful with issues at all when i need help they always say ill find a team member for you and no one comes, but they continuously are locking up more stuff and now its just plain old dirty and disgusting i cant even shop here out of convience anymore i have to go to a Target 15 mins away because the food is what i now deem as inedible and unsafe. The guest experience is bad

On Saturday 01/12/26 at around 7:45pm I had the most disgusting disturbing encounter with the employee Daisa who was working in the cosmetics department. I walked over to target to pick up last minute hospital bag and postpartum necessities. My sister and I were looking at the Burt’s bees Valentine’s Day mini lip balms on the end cap of the lotion isle. This lady in a pink hoodie who was not wearing any type of uniform or seemed to be an employee walks up REEKING of marijuana doesn’t even have the manners to say excuse and starts looking at the EOS body lotions. A second customer walks up to this lady and says “excuse me” and the lady looked at the customer confused and the lady said I need to walk through, she proceeded to move out of the way. That’s when I made the comment to my sister “see some people still have manners.” The lady in the pink proceeded to start wanting to be confrontational. As I was telling her if she had told us excuse me we would have moved our cart over for her to enough space, I noticed she had UNSCREWED A BRAND NEW BOTTLE of EOS lotion and rubbed the stem on the pump on her hand then proceeded to place the bottle back on the shelf. I told her “friend are you really going to do that” and she responded “I work here” as if that was an actual excuse to tamper with product. I told her that someone would probably be buying that thinking it’s brand new, she the replied back in a snarky tone “would it make you feel better if I bought it?” And I told her “yes it would” she placed it underneath her armpit and walked away annoyed. The other customer from earlier walked up and in my shock I vented to her about what the employee had just done and from 3 isles away the employee loudly started saying several times “do you have anything else to say ok that’s what I thought” in Spanish. I walked over to guest services and ask to speak to a manager, David came over and I explained the situation of what I had just witnessed. He walked over to cosmetics and instead of addressing the issue behind the scenes individually with the employee Daisa he was standing there with her and two to three other employees having an open discussion about the situation. I overheard her saying something about being disrespected and walked back to tell her that if anything she was the one being disrespectful opening product and I would be contacting corporate about the situation.

2 stars just because I love Target. Tom and some lady with long twists were incompetent and honestly kind of rude. I asked Tom if I could just pick up my curbside order in store instead, and also switch my drive up return to an in store return. He looked genuinely confused and kept scanning things while talking to himself. I honestly had no idea what was going on. Then the lady came over and said, “Can I help you ma’am?” in a really abrasive way. A simple “Hi, hello, Happy Mother’s Day” would’ve worked just fine. Anyway, I explained the situation and how Tom had already kept scanning it. She immediately said, “I need to scan it,” and I was thinking… ma’am, I literally just explained that part. But okay. I told her I was picking up my curbside order in store and also trying to do the return. She said she needed the barcode. I showed it to her and she said she didn’t need the pickup barcode, she needed the return one. I explained multiple times that it was together in the app exactly like that, but she kept interrupting me yelling, “Peach ginger tea!” across the store. I was genuinely confused at first and thought maybe it was some Target code word or something. Turns out she was just ordering Starbucks while helping me. LOL. Ma’am… maybe do that on your break? Just an idea. Anyway, I finally told her I’d just cancel the drive up return and do it as a regular in store return because this was becoming way more complicated than it needed to be. She seemed annoyed, but eventually it got handled. 2 stars because I got my order, I got my return done, and I still love Target. I’m not trying to get anyone fired because I don’t know what people are going through, but just a friendly suggestion: 1. Start with hello. 2. Be kind. 3. Don’t be rude. 4. Act like you’ve had some sort of Target customer service training. I really hope they’re not like this with other customers because not everyone is going to respond as calmly as I did. Houston is a huge city and you never know how people are going to react. It was Mother’s Day, my daughter was waiting in the car, and I was literally just trying to do a quick pickup and return. Tom and lady with twists (because you didn’t have a name tag( do better. God bless you. Blessings.

Clothes area was a mess. After digging around I found a clearance dress that I liked. Went to check out and was told that I wasn’t allowed to purchase it at a discounted price was salvage?? They wanted full price or nothing so they will send it off to TJ MAX to be resold. The only thing I came here for and wanted was a waste of time. Shame on these greedy companies.

I usually love this target but tonight 02/22/26 @8:30pm The person working over self checkout didn’t want to be at work this night which I understand. When I asked for help with pricing of an item that was ringing up a different price she told me no . Offered no additional support. Luckily a manger came and helped me out . She took all my stuff from self check out and moved it away . When I asked for a manger she proceeded to help other people. I understand sometimes our jobs are stressful but treating someone like they are nothing and invisible it’s unacceptable. Do better Target .
