No kind of customer service... poor management no explanation as to why my return wasnt acceptable and best believe i contacted customer service to complain about my experience No where does the policy state returns were at their discretion. I would rather drive to wynnewood or cedar hill

Very clean, many cashiers available and most of the self-check outs were available. I went Mothers Day weekend and it wasn't crazy inside but i was able to get in quickly, I found what I needed and was able to check out quickly.

Negative customer service experience. Sarah is doing a terrible job at being a leader. I had a cat and jack return of 5 items that were purchased July 2025 and I had a receipt for. I haven’t experienced this type of service at other Targets. This location needs to work on being better!!!

What’s ridiculous is there is ONE line open that actually has one person who works here checking customers out and six self check outs open, but both lines are fully into the store. I called for a manager to see if someone else could open, the store manager has just left for the day. I should have the option to check myself out. Furthermore, I shouldn’t have to wait in line 20 mins to do so. Fix this Target!
