I’ve been using this location for years to print my construction plans and have always had a positive experience—until recently. With the implementation of the new store policy, the printing process has become unnecessarily difficult and inefficient. What used to take 15 minutes now takes up to 24 hours for just 50 pages. The staff does not take accountability for the new system, and there seems to be a lack of urgency or initiative to help walk-in customers. It’s clear that management needs to reevaluate this process and consider hiring additional staff in the printing department to maintain the level of service that customers have come to expect. Unfortunately, this change has made what was once a smooth, dependable service into a frustrating and time-consuming experience.

A lot of stores within a small distance of each other plus there's a few fast food places close by

There was a vagrant washing herself in the bathroom. She was also playing music loudly. She banged hard on the stall I went into and aggressively asked where her shirt was. There was nothing except what she left in the toilet unflushed. I got out and showed her. She kept asking where her shirt was. I wished the angry mean lady a good day thinking that maybe she was having a hard time. She made a gun with her hand and pulled the trigger twice. As I was leaning, I helped a young mother and her child out of there. Then I reported it to an employee. I highly doubt I'll be back.

I like Cityplace Market. It’s near my house. Target is open until 11:30pm, Ross - 10:30pm. So you always have a chance to shop here later than most stores. Besides those stores, there is Petsmart, a new store with huge selection of products.

Mann!!! My husband & I were impressed w/the greetings & customer service we received today! It was Extremely clean! We Enjoyed our #RetailTherapy 🙂
