7+ mins after I started timing for a roaming manager from electronics to appear and unlock a case. Closer to 12mins. Floors are dirty and employee morale is definitely low based on lack of greetings and offers to assist.

Customer service here is horrible. No one speaks to you when they're stocking. No one asks, how's your day going! I don't get it. One person spoke to me. A young black man. He's a nice guy. You guys should learn from him. I've been going to you store for years & it's the same thing!!

I would like to share a genuinely wonderful experience I had at the Target store located at 13131 Montfort Drive in North Dallas. I was traveling for work and completely exhausted. I purchased a bottle of Veuve Clicquot and, in my tired state, accidentally left it at the register. The cashier noticed immediately and went far above and beyond. She chased me through the store and across the parking lot to make sure I received my purchase. Her thoughtfulness, urgency, and care were extraordinary. That kind of service is rare and deserves recognition. I was sincerely touched by her effort and professionalism. For reference, my receipt number is Rec 2 6008 0013 0074 3230 5 I attempted to leave feedback through Target’s website but found it very difficult to do so, and I did not want this moment to go unrecognized. Please know how deeply appreciative I am of her actions. Thank you for employing people who truly care about the guest experience.

Love this target always feels safe & store is clean. Customer service always available is absolutely amazing compared to Walmart who doesn’t even have hours you can count on. They literally freestyle but target at closing will fix your issues!! Yay!! Lol

So much cold food is expired. Last time I was here, 4 chicken noodle soup containers were all expired. Today I decided to get yogurt and it expired TWO WEEKS AGO. Please clear out all the expired food from your shelves before someone wastes their money and gets sick.
