Not too bad of a Target. Prices are standard Target fare with good sales and RedCard benefits. Only minor downsides are occasional long lines at checkout during peak hours and some stock gaps on popular items. Overall, a solid neighborhood Target that makes everyday shopping easy and efficient. Highly recommend for locals.

I really like it here. The service is always good, and the shopping experience is always pleasant. Even if I buy the wrong item and need to return or exchange it, the process is very simple and smooth, and the service staff are very friendly.

I came in for a simple return with all items unused, tags still on, and the receipt in the original shopping bag. The employee at the counter was very dismissive and rude. The interaction felt tense, and the employee tossing the receipts back at me was unprofessional. I’ve never had an experience like this at Target. Please do better.

Specific to the Target Optical shop, everyone there was great. They helped me choose a pair of glasses since I was a bit indecisive and I didn't feel rushed making my decision. Yazmin helped me both times I had to stop by and she was very friendly!

Terrible customer service. They don’t stand by their delivery being in a good place and safe. If you get your package stolen, they will tell you “tough, that’s on you”. Unbelievably unethical business practices and company. Their “customer service” is an oxymoron. Sad to see a once good company fall so far so fast.
