Starbucks in Target, the staff is rude, clearly hate their job. Bad experience especially around the holidays. Spelled my name out for them, still misspelled by far. The name alone is not a big deal, but their bad attitudes is a bummer and it’s evident in everything. Sad.

I was excited to have a Target closer to home, but very disappointed with their customer service. I purchased a blanket on sale and when I removed the packaging saw their was a hole in it. I drove back to the store to exchange it 2 days later, and rather than doing a normal exchange, the customer service person tried to charge me the regular price since the sale ended. Never in my life have I had a store not honor their own sale price for a defective item (and with the receipt!). I obviously just returned the item for refund rather than pay more for Target wasting my time by stocking damaged product. I will just stick with Walmart pickup and Costco. If I really need something from Target, I'll just go to Riverwalk. Beautiful store, but bad training of new employees and poor customer service for failing to double check she was giving me the correct info. Still giving 3 stars because the rest of the experience was fine. Just be sure you don't have any problems!

Good at bringing out my drive-up orders in a timely manner. It just sucks that this is the only target in town that doesn’t let us bring our dogs. We got them all ready and everything to head inside.

Sales reps are very helpful and pleasant. Always willing to load kitty litter in my cart when I am shopping and need help. They also load in my car when I am finished shopping - excellent customer service.

My online order was ready upon my arrival and parking. It was brought out immediately! Excellent customer service!
