Normally I got to this target because it is closer to my house but I did a target pickup today because it was late at night and I didn’t have time to shop inside. A man approached me and asked for my pickup code and I gave it to him. He simply said “your stuff will come soon” and typed my code it to submit the completion of my pickup. After that we waited 30 minutes and watched every SINGLE car get their order and I eventually had the courage to ask him since we were the first ones parked waiting for our pickup what was the hold up because we did not order a lot to be waiting last. They acted confused like they didn’t know what my order was then they found my bags literally in the cart that has been sitting there since we got there. I checked the bags after to see if we got everything and they gave us items that were literally open how is that even right as a worker to give customer half open items?! Worst experience at this target I have ever been through.

Waited 45 minutes for a pickup well they helped an returns line of 7 people who arrived after me, and then when the guy brings me my items, half of them are missing. Terrible terrible system, very inactive staff. Next time maybe take one of the four people out of returns, and send a runner to go help the dude who clearly can't find our items.

Brianna, Antonio, and April were amazing employees who helped me return my deodorant!! Although there was some difficulty regarding the receipt they ensured my money was safe and helped me throughly throughout the process. I was able to exchange my deodorants without any hassle. The staff was super friendly and thoughtful about the money portion and my satisfaction regarding my comfortableness on returning these items. This was a very helpful group of people and look forward to seeing them in the future if I ever need any help.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Target location today. The app showed that BTS light sticks were in stock, so we arrived early and waited outside for about two hours before opening. When the store finally opened, we were told they never received the item at all. What made this especially disappointing is that no one came out to inform the people waiting, even though staff clearly knew the item wasn't available. A simple heads up would have saved everyone a lot of time. I also tried calling the store multiple times starting at 8 AM, but no one answered in any department. I understand inventory issues happen, but the lack of communication and customer service was really frustrating. I hope this location improves how they communicate with customers in situations like this.

I was helped by manager Alex at valley plaza location in Bakersfield CA .Looking for my products in target. He had great customer service. I would recommend this location for shipping.
