This location is my favorite in the Cleveland area. Always clean. Usually well stocked (My timing is sometimes off). Cashiers are always helpful and friendly (that's definitely a plus!). My only gripe I'd that it sits waaaaaaay off of Center Ridge. The best way to get there is either the #22 or the #55. Otherwise, you'll have a 7+ minute walk. And that's alot when it's cold and you're carrying alot of bags.

This is for their drive-thru pickup service. It needs a lot of work whether you order a full grocery list or one item You're waiting at least 2 hours young teenagers working. I dealt with one that was not very polite for chain this, they can work out the kinks and make this better. The app should tell you also exactly how long of a wait before you place the order they give you a round about and say it could be up to 2 hours or more That's not good enough they could do better. When I went inside the complain the customer service man basically told me well this is the way it is like it or leave it. Not a good look Target

Target is doing much better lately. It goes to show you that if you make a stand they will listen or go out of business. The only issue that we had is the CVS inside the store. They don't offer a big variety and what they do is way overpriced. Stop shopping at CVS and they will close and Target will get someone better.

I found on line the Minecraft item that my grandson wanted for his upcoming 6th birthday. The item was available at Target and I was able to order it and pay for it ahead of time. I didn't want them to run out of the item so I secured it by purchasing on my phone at Target. In 2 hours I was notified that my gift was ready for pickup. The pickup procedure was great. When I arrived at the Target store I saw a big sign that said pickup orders. After walking into the store the pickup counter was on the left side not far from the front door. A friendly service attendant greeted me and after showing my ID brought me my grandson's gift. The whole buying experience at Target was flawless. I would definitely buy from Target again, it was even faster than buying from Amazon which was my go to shopping App.

old lady working register was yelling at the other employee from across the store yesterday. She wanted to go on her break and had to wait 5mins and was yelling at the Asian lady. She said she will fall on the floor if she doesn’t go on her break and she was complaining about having to turn her light back on and was complaining the whole time and made the check out experience very unpleasant. Sje was sighing as she was ringing me up and rolling her eyes the whole time. She seems miserable everyday I shop at this location which is weekly. This happened around 3pm. Very unprofessional and should be fired. Made me never want to come back
