I often stop by this location when I am on the hunt for new Pokémon cards or unique plushies like Fugglers. They usually have a solid selection of toys and games in the department store area. The layout makes it pretty simple to walk through the aisles and check what they have in stock on that particular day. It is a reliable spot for finding popular items, and the checkout process is generally fast even when the store is busy.

I came to this Target excited to find a dress, but the store was a total mess. Clothes were everywhere — on the floor, draped over shelves, and what was still hanging looked wrinkled and picked over. The whole store felt disorganized, like it hadn’t been cleaned up in days. Even the shoe section was in disarray. At one point, an employee tossed a bandana back into a bin right in front of me without a word. It honestly felt like the staff was overworked and checked out. To top it off, the floral section was full of wilted, sad bouquets — on Mother’s Day, no less. Definitely not what I expect from Target. On the bright side, I saw some cute weekend bags in warm fall colors, and they had a great selection of Cleveland and Ohio sports gear up front. But overall, the store felt neglected and uninviting. I left without buying anything — which says a lot.

My husband ended up having a seizure during our short trip here and I’m so grateful for the kindness of the staff. They made sure we were both okay, grabbed us water, and offered to help in anyway that they could. The staff helped make our stressful situation a bit easier and we appreciate them so much! I didn’t catch any names, but there were about 6 kind souls.

I've never had a negative experience at this Target until this evening. My family had multiple orders and the girl ringing us up (Sierra) grew more and more obviously irritated and negative with us. It became quite obvious that we were an aggravating inconvenience to her. Maybe she was having a bad day but I work in customer service myself and believe she would do well to learn a little bit of emotional intelligence and the skill of changing her attitude.

Consistently "meh" experience here. I get it, it's Target. However this location has consistently longer lines (at both the self check out line and the 1-2 cashiers). A lot of the electronics are locked up, and it took 20 mins for them to get someone from the electronics department to unlock a single small item for me, after another employee had to walkie-talkie them. No hello or anything when she finally showed up from the back. The store definitely isn't the cleanest. At least the poor cashier they yanked from another department to cover was sweet. Target - hire more help or pay better until people are willing to work for you.
