And Kimberly were such amazing help yesterday and definitely did more than they had to to get what I was looking for and I can't thank them enough for that. They were both awesome and I really appreciated their attentiveness in getting what I was looking for and being so kind too. Thank you ladies!

The audacity of this place to not have something in stock and still try to mark it up twice as much as Walmart across the way. At least navigating the constantly shifting aisles and dodging employee carts as they scoff at you is a fun adventure.

I am writing this review because Target Corporate Leadership has left me with no other choice. If anyone from HQ is monitoring these reviews, look at my case immediately. I am currently trapped in a loop with "RedCard Customer Service" that is clearly outsourced, powerless, and dangerously incompetent. I have spent hours speaking with offshore agents who possess zero authority to resolve billing/security issues and instead provide scripted, circular responses that solve nothing. The Issues is w/ my Target Red Card. Total Lack of Accountability: Agents refuse to escalate to US-based supervisors. Security Concerns: Handing sensitive financial data to offshore third parties who cannot verify account actions is a massive liability. Zero Resolution: I am being told "there is nothing we can do" for a problem created by Target’s own systems. Target used to stand for guest experience; currently, your RedCard support is a race to the bottom that is actively driving loyal customers away. I will not speak to another offshore call center. I require a call from a US-based Corporate Resolution Specialist or a member of the Executive Guest Relations team to fix this. Check my loyalty history—I am done with this brand until a human with actual decision-making power contacts me to resolve this. Contact me immediately.

Poor customer service. Lady stocking shelves made it seem like I was in her way when I needed the product behind her cart. Eye roll and absolutely didn’t say a word as she moved the cart and just stared at me. I was borderline about target anyways. Won’t return.

Visited this location and it appeared that their bathroom was an issue. About half of the store smelt like sewage had backed up. I wanted to get out of there so fast.
