Ran in for a few items while visiting from out of town. Cashier was extremely nice, store was clean and tidy. Only complaint was the women's smelt horrible. All the stalls were filthy. We just thought maybe they were short staffed.

Guest service desk worker who was working at around 2:43pm on 2-16-26 really needs more customer service training. Had to call twice to get an answer if they have a Target optical center. At first time calling I received a very abrupt answer when I asked my question and they hung up immediately, she did not wait at all for any sort of answer or response from me. 2nd time trying to call, same girl finally answered my question and told me “you’re welcome” before I could ask any other simple question I needed!

I would like to recognize Ricky in the Electronics department for his outstanding service. Despite being the only staff member available and managing a busy queue, he provided me with undivided attention. As a new Switch owner, I had a lot of questions about controllers and games; Ricky was patient, knowledgeable, and even helped me navigate my Target app. His ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure was impressive. Exceptional customer service—Ricky is a huge asset to this team!

This is the Target on Alameda and San Pedro in Albuquerque. Ended up here in the last ditch search or something while out running errands on this end of town. Yep. One more reminder not to shop here. Extremely rude, condescending staff. Poorly stocked shelves. They're consistent.

This Target is absolutely disgusting. Everytime I come here it gets more and more unorganized. Clothes unfolded, dressing rooms packed to the brim with clothes, bathrooms unusable they are so dirty, the whole store looks like a tornado ran through it and not one Target employee is trying to fix it. Sad to see honestly.
