If you need to go to Target, go to the one on Montgomery, not the one on Alameda. The one on Alameda has consistently horrendous customer service. The staff at the Target on Montgomery are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, Target has over the past couple of months shifted a many american-made products to lesser quality China variants.. terribly disappointing. Target has always been among ies the go-to merchants when seeking made in America products. Sorry this company is deserting our American workers and families?.

Okay the employees are nice here, but it's impossible to get through to anyone at the store by phone. I just picked up an order and found a gold bracelet in one of my bags. Obviously it belongs to an employee that is working there tonight. I called and tried every option available. The phone just keeps ringing for each option. I even tried Starbucks and the line just hangs up. After 20 minutes, I am giving up. It's so frustrating.

This target is dirty and messy. Every thing is locked up but none willing to assist in getting products. The sensors for assistance in the beauty sun screen aisle wasn’t working I found an employee to ask for assistance he told me to find someone in the beauty department. There was no one around. I would expect service like this late at night but not at 5pm.

Store is clean, but its hard to find an employee to help you. Sometimes they are stocking and have earbuds in and can't hear you. Very frustrating.

This location has a good selection of items and the Staff is always helpful, ESPECIALLY now in helping to figure out the Target Circles feature on the App. It's a clean store with a moderately clean bathroom. The parking lot is always VERY busy, not matter the time of day, but it's well-lit and clean.
