So the other day my family goes to this Target to pick up a few items. As we were browsing the aisles we were looking for a waffle maker and came across this Ninja Woodfire outside grill sitting under a price tag of $26.99. Now upon further investigation I noticed all the other products had tags and were in their perspective places except this particular item. So I called for help, after about 10mins of waiting a woman walks over and ask was I the one needing assistance. I said yes and proceeded to let her know how this particular product is sitting over this tag with no other visible items or pricing for it. So she scans it and says it’s $349 did I want it. I stated I wanted it but for that price. She so she didn’t think that would be possible so I asked for a manager. When her manager a heavy set guy by the name of Kevin came over I stated what the initial problem was. He could see that there were no other products, as well as there were no tags listing the products price. So he proceeds to scan the item and says it $349. So then say but sit there’s no other products as well as there is no price tag. He then tells me “we are remodeling and things might not be where they are supposed to be” yet we are on a complete aisle with everything on the shelves and priced with it’s perspective tag pricing. So I then say to him well as the customer is that my fault that an employee failed to properly assign this product a specific tag to show it’s true price. He immediately says why are you getting an attitude, I then say “excuse me” he proceeds to get defensive and say why do you have an attitude. I said “Sir” I’m literally asking a question. How is asking a question getting a attitude. He said because you have an attitude, so I ask him “are you going to sit here and lie on me”. He then proceeds and says let’s start over, I say “start over”?. So he then proceeds to try and start the conversation over, and states that I can try and take the product up front and see if they’ll give me the price difference. He then tells me that it’s not going to happen because he’s the manager and he’s going to tell them no to do it. So I ask again, is it my fault as the customer that his employee failed to properly place a price tag for the item. He then doubles down on the “why are getting upset narrative when I never raised my voice with him at all. So I again asked him are you going to sit here and lie on me when I simply asked him a question. To Target, the store #2164, the corporation and to all its subsidiaries. As a customer this is very unacceptable for your store manager to act in a manor such as this. To literally lie to a customer and lie on a customer is not professional and it does not represent the class of business your stores exemplifies. That store manager showed a lack of proper communication or store etiquette. His lack of professionalism, communication, accountability and him accusing me of being upset while asking simple questions was outright disrespectful. It may not matter to you as a company but I will no longer be spending my dollars at a store where there is a manager such as Kevin that’s in charge. You guys have a great day.

So I had to change my store. The Target on Nellis and Charleston just stop carrying items. And that sucks! The employees are so nice here. Then I switched to the Flamingo/Maryland NEVER EVER AGAIN! The employee made me feel like I was a scum bag! And this store literally NEVER has their store stocked! NEVER AGAIN. Fast forward to today! This location has made me NEVER shop at Target again! I only had 8 small items. And the Lysol Laundry Sanitizer was not in my bag! This Target is 10.8 miles from my house. And I added an item to my order and that was not ready. I don't understand the option of adding an item if it won't be ready for pick up! The drive up option is supposed to be for convenience. Totally not convient today. And I know your employees and your company could careless! I remember having retail jobs and being told make sure your customers are happy or you will be replaced with someone that will. Now employers and employees could careless about their customers! So no worries Smith's still has my business!

Blue Diamond is always my top Target location because of the crew, especially the Drive Up team. Everyone is so personable and friendly, and you can truly feel the positive energy every time you arrive. With how busy my schedule can be, having a team that is consistently welcoming, efficient, and kind makes all the difference. Special recognition to Adam for his personality and great customer service. It never goes unnoticed. Truly appreciate this team.

The manager Kevin has me not wanting to ever shop at this store again. He has a nasty attitude & doesn’t know how to communicate well at all. He has a very aggressive personality & started yelling at my husband all because he asked a question. I wasn’t able to get everything I wanted to get because we left after that horrible interaction.
