If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience at Target. I bought a sealed pair of AirPods Max, and when I opened the box, it contained completely different headphones. Instead of taking responsibility for this obvious issue, the staff kept sending me back and forth, even telling me to contact Apple, which made no sense since I purchased the product at Target. The customer service was extremely poor. I had to wait a long time, explain the situation multiple times, and no one seemed willing to properly help or take ownership of the problem. They eben hung up on me on the phone. It felt like they were trying to get rid of me rather than solve the issue. In the end, I was only offered an exchange, not a refund, and I didn’t even get the color I originally wanted. After all the stress and wasted time, this is simply not acceptable. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expected much better from a company like Target.

I used to love this location but the new remodel is terrible and ugly. Everything is in different places that don't even belong and the aisles are very narrow and tight. Only one cart can push through. A wheelchair can barely get through. Fix it back

I wanted to get a cute Valentine’s Day box for a gift, and it came beat up so now I have to buy a box someplace else. I know people pick these items for opu so whoever picked my order probably didn’t have another nicer box or just didn’t care enough to give me a nice one. I didn’t have time to go inside so I took time out of my day for a minute and decided to just do drive up, but you’re better off going to another target or just going inside yourself so they don’t give you beat up items. I’m very disappointed..

Lately, ever since the remodel, the pricing has been off. Several things marked as clearance have been ringing up full price. This has happened twice, and each time I’ve asked about it, the employees have been really snippy about me pointing it out. And I’ve actually been nice. Today, half the lights were out and it was too dark. I get they are going through growing pains, but the last several times I’ve gone it’s been a really unpleasant experience. I hope that when the remodel is done, the exceptional Target it used to be comes back. Because as it is now, I cannot see any improvement over what was, and I don’t enjoy going any longer.

My favorite target but their remodeling and the Air-conditioner is not fully on throughout the store. Back of store is so hot. Place is running of of very low lighting.
