Really good inside but do not order ahead, the employees ignore you in the pick up and in the drive through they take forever. Really mixed up experience

Not enough staff. When you push the need help button for the skin care no one comes even after having someone page for help. Waited over 20 minutes just to get face lotion out of the locked cabinet.

In short the employee was rude and I just walked away to avoid having to calm her down or argue back. The cashier radioed for a TL to assist me who never responded and the other employee walking past me later waiting at the empty customer service desk didn’t acknowledge me. The service here varies, sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s bad but this is the first time I’ve ever had an employee speak to me that way.

12/19/25 Tried to do a quick visit in the morning before work and had 20-30min to spare. Lotion was locked up and the call bell in the isle was ignored. I had to walk around and look for a worker to unlock the case. I then picked up several other items to purchase. Going to register, only one was open, with a long line and all self checkout closed. When it was finally my turn, they informed they couldn't ring up gift cards, which was needed for their "purchase x amount of x products and get a target gift card" deal. The cashier contacted their manager who had no idea of how to deal with this. They in turn contacted their manager who also didn't know how to deal with this and said they had to reach up even higher. This problem had been known to them for a minimum of 45min already and they didn't sort it out. Does a cashier really go up 3 levels of management to get this answer? My quick stop for $100 purchase was unsuccessful. I had no more time to spare, so had to leave everything behind. I orderered the items from an online company out in the parking lot, which took 3 whole minutes. This location is not good for quick shopping trips.

Had to do an exchange tonight and their systems were down. The people at guest services serially rounded up and took care of it!!! I was honestly shocked at the great service. I’m in retail and I know what it’s like to have your system go down in such a busy season. They handled it like it’s pros!! Dude in electronics was amazing as well! Product wasn’t on the floor and he took the time to look in the back! Just a rockstar staff!!! Thank you!
