Very disappointing. Every time I visit this Target, the items I need are out of stock. The app shows products available, but when I arrive, shelves are empty. It wastes time and gas. Inventory management here is very poor. always out of stock on basic items. It doesn’t matter what day or time I come am frustrated with this Target. Worst shopping experience Target used to be my favorite store, but now it’s always out of stock. Poor inventory, empty shelves, and no clear answers from staff. I will start shopping elsewhere.

This Target is probably the 2nd or 3rd worst in the metro. The store is usually filthy, the shelves are usually bare, it’s rare that they have even a single register open and so they funnel you through the single set of self check registers they utilize (they have a set at both entrances, but in 6 years I’ve never seen the south ones not blocked off), you can’t find an employee anywhere on the floor to ask if they have extra grocery stock in the app, and my only assumption to as why the app is usually so out of whack on falsely showing items in stock here VS other locations where it tends to be accurate is that either it’s getting scanned in the back and not put out, or people are walking out without paying. I can see why the companies quarterly revenue has been in the toilet.

The pharmacist was incredibly rude to my sister when she was trying to get medication for me that they keep behind the counter. I can’t have a lot of cold and flu meds because I can NOT have dextromethorphan, and the pharmacist had a ridiculously rude attitude when my sister was trying to pick a medicine that I could have when they weren’t actually in front of her to see. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s part of the job to be helpful and explain medicine to people.

I was checked out by Mary & she was the most lovely, positive spirit. I have never seen such amazing customer service & her light is shining through!! Please treasure her, she made my morning 😊

The cashier did not give me one of my bags. I tried to call the number listed, and every single prompt for every Dept tells you that it’s a nonworking number… Or direct you to a voicemail. I Did not want to waste expensive gas and time to drive all the way out there if I would not be able to get my items replaced. Kind of frustrating….
