Had the best experience at this location. Every Target I visit as a Shipt shopper disappoint me as you can never find anyone or they are too busy to help.. Jared at the ward parkway location seen we were struggling with finding an item and came up to us to see if he could help. Even showed us a cool little trick with the RFID locator. Target needs more people like Jared

We will not be shopping at this target anymore I'm truly happy to realize that the employees at work here aren't really for the community and I don't really stand for those type of morals I visited the customer service for a donation request that we put in in the month of April I kindly let the worker know that I'm there to follow up on a request previous request in addition to bringing back the form that they want you to print out and all of that stuff so here it is May in the event is until June and whoever the management is they reply is if you have not heard from us by now then that must mean we have reached our limit for the month there was really no concern I do feel like for me as a customer and although I was there on business as we are customers I did not realize it was going to go this way and we was going to leave the store without a donation to support our event that's in June moral of the story will not be shopping here and I'm happy to let others know how our visit went at this store crazy as much as they already have a reputation seems that they aren't able to build up from that definitely must be some truth

The condescending email I received explaining why I was refused store credit at State Line Target but did get it at the Belton store was a fantasy and basic hogwash. I am sure that it was intended to make the rude team member feel better but it did nothing to make the issue any better. With that email, I have an even better story to retell in reference to someone at Target creating a reason on why that store shouldn’t be picked!

I've never had any issues at this target until today. The cashier seemed upset that I didn't take the items out of the basket myself. If they wanted me to take the items out of the basket myself they could have kindly asked me to do so instead of just giving a dirty look and then proceed to dump all my items out of the basket to ring them up.

I would like to give kudos to a young lady named RIRI who works in the women’s apparel department. She was working in the clearance area, and I was truly impressed. I told her that I have been to many Target stores, and I have never seen a clearance section as organized as this one!! RIRI had everything so well put together the pants were grouped neatly, the shirts were organized, and the entire area looked amazing. On top of that, RIRI was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Her positive attitude really stood out. I made sure to let her team leader know how amazing she is. Great job, RIRI Keep up the excellent work!
