It’s not a bad Target overall, but it’s definitely the smallest Target I’ve ever been in. Because of the smaller size, the selection can feel a little limited compared to other locations, but they still seem to carry most of the essentials people need. One thing that stood out to me was how many products were locked up behind security cases. I understand stores are trying to prevent theft, but it does make shopping less convenient for customers. I needed laundry detergent and ended up waiting around 5–8 minutes before an employee was available to unlock the case for me. That part was a little frustrating, especially for a basic household item. On the positive side, the customer service was great. Every employee I interacted with was welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful. Even while the store seemed busy, the staff still took the time to assist customers and answer questions. The employees definitely made the experience better and helped balance out some of the inconveniences. Overall, it’s a decent store if you’re shopping for quick essentials, and the friendly staff leaves a positive impression.

It’s no longer the same as it used to be. When a business supports the community and then suddenly chooses to disregard it, that's when ethical standards are truly put to the test. As a result, I find myself gravitating more towards online shopping because the physical store just doesn't feel welcoming anymore. Target, while polite, declined to offer what initially motivated my support, so politely, I will not be showing them any loyalty moving forward.

This target idk a bit confused with this location very hard for parking especially with other activities going on. It’s very small not a great selection with things. The young man was there he tried his hardest to help out, but had to proceed to break, and I get it. absolutely as he should, but when he called the young lady to help us she did not even finish spending time with us went on her box checker to see if they had our item. With no hesitation she dismissed us talking about go to another store I won’t say no names I will never go to the clown show again.

This review is regarding the Hyde Park Target location. I am a regular customer, usually visit in person. I was very pleased to be able to order online and pick up same day. Online order was placed easily. Pick up was ready within the given time frame. Staff was welcoming and courteous. All items were gathered together and accounted for. I have not had a bad or poor experience since shopping here. Staff is ready to help when asked.

The customer service is horrible here. My fiancé and I bought groceries from here and I asked for a staff member to let me into the bathroom so I could use it. They had me waiting for 20 mins as workers walked by, not doing anything, and didn't help me. I asked one worker for help and he told me that he doesn't work there and kept walking eventhough he had their uniform on. I refuse to spend my money at a place that can't simply open the bathroom door for a customer when the staff was standing around talking to each other. I even pressed the customer service button multiple times but no one came.
