This Target is far better organized than many suburban stores. They always have a great selection of new items, as well as essentials. I'm always impressed by the attentiveness of the cashiers, especially those at self checkout and Ulta!

Even though I don’t live directly in the city, I often visit Chicago on weekends for business or to see friends and when I do, this Target is one of my go-to stops. I live out in the suburbs, but sometimes I can’t find certain items locally, so I’ll set up a pickup order at this McKinley location. It’s not a far drive, and it’s always worth it. What really stands out about this Target is the staff. There’s a young man who usually works in the self-checkout area tall, wears glasses, heavyset and I wish I’d caught his name because he’s always so friendly and helpful every time I come in. He really keeps things running smoothly and never hesitates to assist when something goes wrong with a scanner or machine. Then there’s Cassidy at the Guest Services desk an absolute gem. I’ve noticed several times helping customers with pick-ups, returns, and all sorts of questions. And actually remembered who I was, which honestly surprised me in the best way possible! That kind of attention and kindness makes a huge difference. There’s also another woman (possibly a manager) who’s been equally helpful, though I never caught her name. Together, these three employees have created such a positive impression of this store. They make shopping here genuinely pleasant friendly faces, professional attitudes, and great customer service every single time. It’s nice to walk into a Target that feels welcoming and cared for, especially in a busy city area. I hope management knows how much their staff’s attitude and effort matter.

Best Target in the city. Employees are professional unlike all the other places. Always willing to help and very kind. One particular employee named Griselda stood out. She should be a manager there because she deserves it. She was so genuinely nice,helpful, and hard working. I wish everyone in every business, not just Target, carries themselves in the manner that she does. She should definitely be training people on what customer service truly should be like.

This target is the best! Super clean and neat 🫶🏻. I found everything I needed, this one worker Emelyn she’s the nicest person, she helped me out with my items especially with my ship orders I will always see her with a big smile 🙂

Great customer service, everyone here is very friendly. Extremely well kept, easy to find anything your looking for. Very addicting store. Lines are always kept short. There’s a Starbucks inside to make your shopping a better experience.
