Clean store with a good selection of food, household items and beverages. I appreciate the ability to have human beings check me out and not be forced to go through self checkout. It’s also easy to get my prescriptions filled here at the CVS. I can only speak for myself when I say I think we’re really lucky to have a target in Uptown and I would like to see them stay here.

I had a really frustrating experience with guest services 😤📞. On December 23 around 9, the person responsible for answering calls didn’t seem to take their role seriously at all. The phone kept ringing with no response, and it definitely didn’t seem like they were too busy — it felt more like a lack of effort or care 🙄. When they finally answered, their attitude was disappointing, even saying they didn’t want to make the call. That level of service is unacceptable and honestly very unprofessional 🚫😕. Customers deserve better communication and respect!

Really dislike going to this particular Target, and it’s almost entirely because of the consistently poor customer service I've received. Every time I’ve asked an employee a simple question, the response is either sarcastic, dismissive, or like recently encountered, “I’m on break" ?? Or, I'm off the clock! BTW, this was from two separate employees. I couldn't help but wonder why they were still on the floor? It feels like helping customers is a such a bother for most of them and it's the last thing anyone there wants to do. Who's is really supervising them??? The overall atmosphere feels chaotic, disorganized and not managed very well. Many of the employees seem disengaged or not in the right frame of mind to be dealing with customers at all. In all the times I've gone here, which is quite frequently because I live in the neighborhood, I’ve never seen a manager ever on the floor, and it shows. I bet he/she is hiding in the back somewhere! For a major retailer like Target, this particular one (Uptown) is lacking in basic customer service and employee accountability!

Love the underground parking space, make it easy to shop here. Large and clean store. Well stocked with most items for our home. I specifically like the prepackaged food section.
